Dansac InVent Convex is a unique product within the Dansac range. It is a drainable pouch with a built-in filter meeting the special requirements of the ileostomate. Dansac InVent Convex offers the following advantages for both ileostomy and colostomy but was particularly developed for ileostomy: • Special pouch construction prevents the filter from being clogged by fluid/output from the stoma • High absorption filter for eliminating unwanted odor • Filter with minimal air flow resistance for prevention of pouch ballooning • A Teflon membrane provides a virtually leak-proof filter but allows gas to pass • The opaque version, with soft linen on both sides of the pouch, provides a discrete and virtually noise free product • The clear version allows for inspection of the stoma • The cut-to-fit products have a release film that accepts writing from any pen, so marking the film for your stoma shape is easy |
